ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases from SinfulShack are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, preference, or other non-defective merchandise, including lingerie, garments, and intimate apparel.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at SinfulShack@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos or a short video clearly showing the issue. We may request additional information to verify the problem.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you, which may include replacement of the same item.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to correct the order at no additional cost to you.

Do not return or mail an item without contacting SinfulShack first. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for credit or replacement.
